Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are terms used as a guideline to assist organizations in creating an environment where team members feel valued, inherently worthy of respect, and have equal access to opportunities and benefits the organization offers.

  • Diversity refers to all of the unique social, psychological, and physical differences that make a person one of a kind.

  • Equitable practices ensure every member of the organization has equal power and access free from barriers regardless of differences.

  • Through inclusion differences are welcomed, celebrated and valued; creating a human connection and a basis for building relationships.
